HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MMV TO PROCESS AN ORDER?


MMV will process your order and will be ready to ship to your address within 24-48 hours




HOW TO RETURN ITEMS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD GIVEN BY MMV?


  • Only selected items are covered by warranty from MMV. For return and replacement process using the warranty provided, please fill in the “Enquiries/Feedback” box found in the Contact page. Once you have filled in your details and concern, please attach the warranty code into the box given. Our team will contact you once we received your concern.




HOW DO I REGISTER TO BE A STOCKIST OR DROPSHIPPER?


  • To register as a stockist or dropshipper under MMV, kindly go to the “Contact Us” page and click the “MMV Registration Form”. A form will appear and you can enter your details accordingly. Once our team received your application, we will contact you and direct you to the next steps.




WHY I CANNOT APPLY A CODE VOUCHER?

Kindly take note and be aware of the validity and expiry date of the Gift Voucher.
